Job summary

KFC Rohloff Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to bridge business needs with BI solutions. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and support dashboard and data model design to enable actionable insights and drive efficiency and growth.

You will analyze requirements, design BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights that support decision-making in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or BI-related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capability to project manage BI tasks from start to finish.
• Knowledge of FMCG or retail industries (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint (advantageous).

Responsibilities

The BI Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business needs and BI solutions, ensuring that reporting and analytics align with strategic objectives. This role focuses on gathering requirements, defining KPIs, and supporting the design of dashboards and data models that enable actionable insights. You will analyze business requirements, design BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Engage stakeholders to collect and document BI requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for reporting and analytics.

Solution Design

• Work closely with the BI team to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Participate in workshops and sessions to refine complex requirements and advanced analytics use cases.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes and reporting efficiency.
• Promote best practices and drive user adoption across the organization.

Process Mapping

• Identify opportunities in business processes and data points to enhance decision-making insights.
• Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” process maps for clarity and improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:
