Job summary

KFC Rohloff Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to bridge business needs with BI solutions. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and support dashboard and data model design to enable actionable insights and drive efficiency and growth.

You will analyze requirements, design BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights that support decision-making in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or BI-related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capability to project manage BI tasks from start to finish.
• Knowledge of FMCG or retail industries (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Gather BI requirements from stakeholders and document them.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with BI team to design solutions aligned with objectives.
• Participate in workshops to refine analytics use cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve BI processes and reporting efficiency.
• Promote best practices and user adoption across the organization.
• Map business processes and data points; document As-Is and To-Be flows.
