Salary: R600 000 - R700 000 CTC per annum

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and play a key role in developing BI solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Requirements Gathering

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear BI requirements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Help identify and define meaningful KPIs.

BI Solution Design

• Work closely with BI and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Participate in workshops and help shape reporting, dashboards and advanced analytics initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and the way data is used across the business.
• Encourage BI best practices and support increased adoption of data-driven decision-making.

Business & Process Analysis

• Map current and future-state business processes.
• Identify key data points and opportunities where better use of data can improve decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, BI or a related analytical environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Strong experience with:

• SQL
• Power BI
• Excel

Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs and data-driven decision-making

Comfortable managing BI-related projects/tasks from requirements through to delivery

Experience within FMCG or retail would be advantageous

Exposure to Power Automate and SharePoint would be beneficial
