Hire Resolve in Johannesburg is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that guide business decisions across departments. A Bachelor's degree is required, with proficiency in SQL and experience in BI tools; knowledge of Python/R and cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL is desirable; Python/R and cloud platforms are a plus.

Requirements
