Job summary

Siaac Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across leadership, operations, sales, finance and marketing. This role focuses on dashboards, reports and data models to drive performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify trends, prepare leadership insights and help optimise processes with clear data language.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years BI or Data Analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation experience.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports all SIAAC divisions by transforming data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency and decision‑making. This cross‑functional role works with leadership, operations, sales, finance and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales, operational, financial and inventory data
• Identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support leadership with regular business insights and KPIs

Requirements

• 2–4 years' BI or Data Analyst experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation experience
• Experience working with business data across departments
• Comfortable preparing reports for leadership and operations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate data into business language

Preferred skills

• Renewable energy, logistics or wholesale/distribution experience
• CRM and ERP reporting
• SQL, Power BI or equivalent platforms
