Qualifications

• 2–4 years BI or Data Analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse sales, operational, financial and inventory data.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support leadership with regular business insights and KPIs.
• Create, maintain and optimise data models.
• Identify process bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly.
