CSG Recruit (Pty) LTD is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with an Electronics/Software background to join the Business Development Division in Gauteng, South Africa.

You will conduct market research, identify expansion opportunities, drive revenue growth, and develop tailored proposals. You will foster long-term partnerships, manage client relationships, generate leads, and negotiate contract terms to convert opportunities into sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 5 to 10 years' business development and customer relations experience.
• 5 years' experience in electronic/software development industry.
• Proficiency in electronic and software development processes.
• Strong document writing and research skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
