Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years field technical/engineering experience in industrial environments.
- Minimum 8 years in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, with demonstrable success in business development.
- Strong background in industrial software and sensors.
- Experience selling software solutions into technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives for industrial software and sensor solutions.
- Own and manage category sales performance, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate applications in agri-processing, HVACR, pumping/water, and broader industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts.
