Blu Label Distribution is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our Grayston Drive, Sandton facility. This senior role targets growth across Africa and selected international markets, requiring hunter instincts, strategic thinking and strong executive relationships.

You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver integrated solutions for banks, fintechs, retailers, telcos and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles.
• Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Technology, or Payments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.

We are looking for ahigh-calibre Business DevelopmentManagerto drive growth across our portfolio. This is a senior role forahunter, strategist, and relationship builderwho can identify newmarkets, secure high-value clients, build strategic partnerships, and managekey accounts.

You will operate at C-suite level, lead complexnegotiations, and drive expansion acrossSouth Africa, Africa, andselected international markets.
