Duties and Responsibilities:

• BDMs can manage the ‘power base’ within the ‘Buying Centre’. They are accomplished in Solution Selling.
• Articulate the client’s ‘compelling business need’ and develop a solution that satisfies critical elements.
• Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market.
• Build relationships with Principal Vendors and negotiate pricing & procurement control.
• Coach and mentor subordinates in effective operations practices.

Sales Management:

• Achieve the annual revenue/sales target
• Lead demand-generating sales activities
• Convert sales opportunities to wins, track billing, and survey customer satisfaction
• Source and distribute relevant thought leadership and marketing material
