Santam's Business Solutions has a position available for a Business Consultant within the Business Integration team, supporting Commercial Lines, based in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position calls for a high-calibre individual whose responsibilities will include:

• System testing of Commercial policy enhancements and new developments across internal and external systems.
• Processing of system changes on Santam administration systems.
• Handling user queries relating to system issues or product information.
• Logging IT change requests from the Business on administration systems and other business tools
• Management, alignment, and upkeep of Commercial Lines on external systems (e.g., rating tables, excess tables, postal codes, business rules), including internal and outsourced system testing, sign-off, and rollout.
• General administrative duties and involvement in projects, where required.
