Capitec Bank Durban is seeking energetic professionals to join our Business Banking team. The role targets growth in Business Banking, Rental Finance, or Payment Services through a strong supplier/business partner network and by delivering value-added product solutions.

You will manage a complex portfolio, drive sales, support credit applications, and maintain service standards for internal and external partners, with responsibility for remote relationship management and national travel where

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management/Administration or FRM.
5+ years in Business Banking, Rental Finance or Payment Services.
Experience managing a complex portfolio and supplier relationships.
Understanding CRM and credit application processes.
Knowledge of FAIS and FICA regulatory environment.

Responsabilités

Achieve monthly sales targets in Business Banking, Rental Finance, or Payment Services through supplier networks.
Grow supplier portfolio through value-added product solutions and ensure service delivery standards.
Manage a complex portfolio with CRM insights and credit application coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers and business partners.
