Capitec Bank Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Banking professional in South Africa’s Eastern Cape to manage a portfolio of business clients, assess financials, and prepare credit applications.

The role requires strong relationship, analytical, and product knowledge, with a focus on growth and value delivery to small enterprises. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Commerce or Finance, experience in business banking and FAIS implications, and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Formación

• Banking experience of at least 3 years
• Experience of managing a portfolio of business customers with a service and financial analysis focus
• Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications
• Cost control and sales management
• 1+ yr in Business Banking environment preparing and motivating credit applications
• FAIS accreditation as Key Individual would be ideal

Responsabilidades

• Provide a business centre-based Business Banking sales and service function to retain and grow a portfolio of business clients by identifying and implementing value adding and specialised business banking financial products solutions.
