Capitec Bank Limited seeks energetic professionals to manage a proactive Business Banking sales and service portfolio. You will visit client premises, identify value-adding financial solutions, and maintain strong CRM-driven client relationships in a high-growth environment.

The role requires 5 years banking experience with 3+ years in Business Banking, plus willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours including Saturdays and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification as listed; knowledge of CRMs and banking practices is expected.
• Experience with preparing and motivating credit applications and financial analyses.
• Understanding of FAIS and FICA compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow a portfolio of Business clients through proactive service and sales management.
• Identify and implement value-adding financial product solutions for clients.
• Visit clients at their premises; travel nationally and manage CRM insights for client strategy.
• Provide cost control and sales management within the portfolio.
