Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking a Business Analyst with product mindset to translate business needs into clear specifications and intuitive UX. This remote-friendly role collaborates with Product Manager and Creative Director to shape features and flows.

You will document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria, and work with Figma to assemble screens and components. English communication is essential, and a structured, analytical approach is expected.

• Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components.

• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

As a Business Analyst with a strong product & design capability, your primary focus will be translating business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. You will ensure that product decisions are logically sound, well-structured, and aligned with broader company goals. You'll work at the intersection of business analysis, product management, design, and development - bridging the gap between structured requirements and seamless digital experiences.

• A structured and analytical approach - thinking beyond features to consider system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis
• Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient written communication skills in English
• Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor
