• Write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain backlog for each sprint.
• Document current and future-state processes for shared understanding.
• Clarify scope and priorities with stakeholders to keep high-value work in focus.
• Support developers throughout delivery with quick clarifications.
• Prepare specifications for AI coding agents to ensure safe agentic development.
