Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Support solution design and ensure requirements are fully understood by the development team. Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations. Assist in managing changes to requirements and maintaining project documentation. Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders during solution implementation.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within software development environments. Strong ability to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. Experience creating user stories, workflows, process documentation, and acceptance criteria. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and delivery processes. Working knowledge of systems architecture, databases, APIs, and system integrations. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous Experience

Experience within the Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments industry. Exposure to agile software development environments. Experience working on platform development, digital transformation, or systems integration projects.
