Job summary

Pollock and Associates seeks a Systems, BI & Automation analyst to bridge business analysis with ERP, BI, data and automation initiatives. The role blends hands-on ERP work with SQL, ETL, and BI reporting to deliver automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You will analyse requirements, support ERP projects including upgrades, and develop data extraction and dashboards while identifying process efficiencies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• Exposure to ERP, systems support, data analysis or business analysis advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Business Central or similar ERP exposure advantageous.
• SQL knowledge advantageous, with a strong willingness to develop further.

This is a true hybrid technology role for someone who wants to build capability across Business Analysis, ERP systems, Business Intelligence, data and automation. Ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who wants exposure well beyond traditional Business Analysis.

You will work hands-on with Microsoft Business Central, gaining a deep understanding of ERP functionality, table structures, master data and business processes. At the same time, you will progressively move into SQL, ETL, BI reporting, automation and AI-enabled projects. You will remain actively involved in ERP support and projects, making this an excellent opportunity to develop both technical and analytical depth.
