Qualifications

• Experience as Building Maintenance Technician or similar trade role.
• Proficiency in plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of building maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of building systems maintenance and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs (fixtures, pipes, drains).
