Job summary

Excellerate JHI is seeking a Building Manager to oversee service and maintenance contractors and staff, ensuring building activities align with Operations and Centre Managers. You will establish relationships with tenants, coordinate repairs, and perform inspections of general building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Technical / mechanical qualification at N4 level with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with building maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems.
• PC literacy with MS Word and MS Excel.
