Job summary

Excellerate JHI is seeking a Building Manager to oversee service and maintenance contractors and staff, coordinate repairs and tenant installations, and perform inspections and general building upkeep.

You will liaise with Centre/Property Managers, manage budgeting and expense control, and drive revamps and upgrades in line with operations. This role offers growth within a leading real estate services company.

Qualifications

• N4 technical qualification with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of lease conditions, housekeeping, basic OHS, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical, and company policies.
• PC literacy with MS Word and MS Excel.
