You will perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Building Management Systems and related control systems to keep customer operations running smoothly at client sites across the region. You will diagnose faults, support testing and commissioning, and ensure safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with BMS, HVAC controls, automation, or industrial control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of control systems and communication protocols is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults to ensure reliable customer operations.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and optimization activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Conduct planned and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and comply with all safety procedures.
