Job summary

Lead a multicultural team of 8–10 crew members, schedule shifts, train staff, and handle guest feedback to maintain an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced onboard environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising buffet/restaurant operations onboard cruise ships.
• Strong leadership of diverse, multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of sanitation guidelines (USPH/HACCP) and service standards.
