Job summary

The Recruitment Council is assisting a leading Financial Services Giant to recruit a Broker Consultant in Potchefstroom. You will build and maintain relationships between the client and intermediaries/financial planners, while driving growth and market presence across the broker panel.

You will market the product, deliver training, provide leadership, and identify new opportunities for campaigns in the local area. A car, ITC/criminal clearance, and relevant qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Own car registered in your name.
• Clear ITC & Criminal Record.
• Exposure to Insurance, Banking, Estate Planning, Investments.
• Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Build valuable partnerships and manage a panel of Brokers in your area.
• Prospecting, negotiating and closing deals to grow the business.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management for the broker panel.
