MiWay, a direct financial services company and a Sanlam group member, is seeking a strong Broker Client Services professional with focus on customer service and underwriting support. You will handle incoming queries from Brokers and Brokers Clients via phone and email, assist with policy amendments, and provide timely feedback to brokers.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years insurance administrative experience, exposure to broker servicing, and at least 3 years Personal Lines underwriting.

What will you do?

We are looking for a very strong candidate to join our Broker Client Services Team. You need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients and Brokers. You will be attending to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker clients and doing underwriting when requested by the client or broker.

• Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience
• Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
• Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience
