Job summary

G-Core Capital is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead trade marketing strategy and planning, brand activations, and creative development. The role focuses on planning, executing nationwide campaigns, managing budgets, and delivering insightful post-activation analysis.

You will work closely with Principals, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide a promotions and branding team to achieve revenue growth and high-quality brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Namibian Citizen or eligible to work in the region.
• Strong financial acumen with data analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver campaigns on time.
• Valid Driver’s License with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand strategies.
• Define objectives, targets, timelines, and deliverables for Principals.
• Promote marketing services to Principals to maximise utilisation and drive revenue growth.
• Plan nationwide brand activations with detailed briefs, timelines, and required services.
• Oversee procurement and distribution of POS materials.
• Provide guidance to the Promoter Team Leader to ensure effective execution.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and cost-effective campaign execution; track performance and ROI.
• Compile post-activation reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain records of promotional prizes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build strong relationships with Principals and provide proactive communication.
