Job summary

Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, seeks Brand Ambassadors to bring FMCG brands to life at events, in-store activations and promotions. You will engage customers, educate on products, distribute samples, and embody brand values with energy and professionalism.

The role includes on-site event work with planning/reporting tasks in a hybrid capacity. Ideal candidates are outgoing, have strong communication skills, and enjoy dynamic, people-focused work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in brand promotion, customer service, sales, or event staffing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, energetic personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift moderate weight; work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers at events, trade shows, and in-store activations to promote FMCG products.
• Educate consumers about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Distribute product samples, promotional materials, and coupons.
• Create a positive and memorable brand experience for all consumers encountered.
• Represent the brand's image and values with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Collect consumer feedback and report insights to the marketing and brand teams.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event booths and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with event organizers and brand managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Document event activities and outcomes through reports and social media updates as required.
