Job summary

Placements24 is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent FMCG brands at events and retail locations around Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. You will engage directly with consumers, demonstrate products, and drive trial and purchases while maintaining positive brand messaging.

The role is field-based with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Prior promo or customer service experience is advantageous, and reliable transportation to the Nelspruit area is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively at promotional events and in-store activations within the Nelspruit region.
• Engage with consumers, explaining product features and promotions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings and samples to encourage trial and purchase.
• Collect feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation at activations.
