Job summary

Placements24 is seeking Brand Ambassadors to promote FMCG products at events, in-store activations, and promotional stands across Soweto, Gauteng. You will engage customers, educate on product benefits, and drive trial and purchase through energetic, people-focused interactions.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, with strong communication skills. Prior promotions or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Weekend and holiday shifts may be involved.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with consumers.
• Sales, customer service, promotions or brand ambassadorship experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers at promotional events and in-store locations in Soweto.
• Communicate key product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
• Distribute samples, collateral, and promotional materials as needed.
• Generate leads and encourage product trials and purchases through engagement.
• Represent the brand professionally and adhere to guidelines at all times.
• Provide accurate product information and answer consumer questions.
• Collect feedback and report insights to brand management.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays in an appealing, organized way.
• Achieve defined brand engagement targets for each activity.
• Maintain a presentable appearance during all promotional activities.
