Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior leadership role within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in sales generation and customer relationship management.
• Ability to analyze financial performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities
