Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in South Africa seeks an experienced branch manager to lead sales, operations, marketing and admin, ensuring high standards, growth, budget achievement and crime reduction.

The role requires a post-matric management qualification, 3 years at mid-management, financial literacy, and a proven track record in security. Lead with vision, manage P&L, forecast accurately and drive customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Post-matric qualification in General Management advantageous.
• Sales, Marketing or Management diploma advantageous.
• 3 years’ minimum experience at Mid-Management level.
• Financial knowledge of Budgets, forecasting and Profit and Loss.
• Grade B Security Certificate – (existing or to be obtained on appointment)
• Experience in the Security Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership of the branch and its employees.
• Communicate the vision and strategy of the branch and its performance.
• Submit budget plans and stretch targets for each facet of the branch and ensure these are met.
• Manage and ensure accurate forecasting for the branch in accordance with Finance.
• Maintain Branch P&L to ensure profitability is sustained and growth is achieved.
• Drive customer-focused quality improvement and service levels across the branch.
