Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a leader to manage a small to mid-size team of advisors in Gauteng, Midrand. You will develop client relationships, present financial propositions, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to policy.

As a senior figure in the local sales force, you will guide delivery, monitor performance, and coach staff to strengthen client outcomes and revenue growth across financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of advisors.
• NQF Level 4 or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a small to mid-size advisory team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to stimulate demand for financial products.
• Sell customer propositions with standard terms and seek concessions when needed.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and events.
• Monitor performance, allocate work, and drive timely delivery.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional activities.
• Promote customer focus and collaborative external relationships.
• Manage key accounts and respond to complex inquiries.
• Develop customer contact plans for product launches and campaigns.
• Track budgets and report variances to senior staff.
• Coach team members to enhance skills.
