Responsibilities

• Manage a small to medium-sized team of advisors to develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with prospective and existing clients to stimulate and manage demand for financial products and services.
• Communicate local action plans; relate to function strategy and broader mission; motivate the team.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing accounts to engage decision-makers and influencers and resolve issues; provide feedback and recommendations.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows, and campaigns; create sales opportunities.
• Track personal objectives and monitor team performance; allocate work and drive timely completion.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations; follow existing systems and protocols.
• Assist with internal communications and collaborate to strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver specialized support for new and existing accounts and handle complex inquiries with senior colleagues.
• Develop and execute a customer contact plan for product launches and campaigns; be first point of contact for queries.
• Monitor budgets and report variances to senior colleagues.
• Provide coaching to team members to develop skills.
• Other related duties as assigned.
