Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 5–8 years of management experience, with at least 3 years as a branch or general manager.

People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams of 5 to 30 people (sales, service, warehouse, logistics).

Sales Success: Track record of achieving monthly sales targets.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

Solar/ Renewable Energy experience – if you know the industry, you will hit the ground running.

Experience in electrical engineering, energy storage, or technical fields.
