Solevo Group in Gqeberha (Eastern Cape) is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage teams across sales, warehouse and administration, while optimizing inventory, pricing and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills, with proven experience in branch or business management within chemicals, FMCG distribution, or related sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Matric/Grade 12 or higher education qualifications.
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a similar branch/role in chemicals or FMCG distribution.

• Drive branch revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Lead sales teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain stock accuracy and alignment between ERP and warehouse systems.
• Monitor pricing strategies and customer service delivery.
• Ensure governance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
