Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Kenilworth, Western Cape branch, drive growth, manage costs and ensure compliant operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise branch teams, monitor cash control, stock, reporting and security, and work with regional management to align with branded standards.

A valid driver’s license and a Diploma/ Degree/NQF4, plus 1–2 years in management or sales, are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Diploma/ Degree/ NQF 4 Learnership.
• 1-2 years in a management capacity or managerial experience.
• 1-2 years of sales management.
• 1-2 years cash management.
• 1 year within the Gaming or Betting industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage targets and branch growth with regional plan.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay market leader.
• Control branch costs and cash management per procedures.
• Maintain stock control and branch security.
• Ensure branch appearance aligns with Hollywood standards.
• Provide branch reporting including bets, budgets and growth.
• Deliver superior customer service and build relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Gambling Board and ethics policies.
• Oversee HR tasks: recruitment, training, rosters.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
