Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking or Business Administration.
• Proven leadership of large branches and multi-point service networks.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance experience.
• Ability to drive growth, service excellence, and digital adoption across channels.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional/national strategy into branch execution and plans.
• Lead senior branch leadership and management teams.
• Ensure full branch P&L accountability and achievement of targets.
• Oversee customer experience and multi-channel service delivery.
