Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a client-focused adviser to promote SRM products in a branch setting and deliver sound financial guidance to a diverse client base in Malmesbury, Western Cape.

You will provide high-quality service, understand client goals, and help build personalised financial portfolios while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. Training and development opportunities are offered within the Sanlam group.

Qualifications

• Understanding SRM product ranges and client needs to position appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of financial products and the ability to explain options to clients.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance in all client interactions.
• Ability to submit new business and manage client records in line with processes.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
• Provide sound financial advice and high level client service in a Branch context.
• Create opportunities for client optimisation and cross-selling of value-added services.
• Validate client details and submit new business through correct channels.
• Conduct due diligence and identify risks on client portfolios.
• Manage daily appointments and accommodate walk-in clients.
