Qualifications

• FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice principles understood.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and compliance targets.
• Experience in financial services and client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers on the correct banking platform to meet their needs.
• Analyze client data to offer tailored financial solutions aligned to goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation; achieve sales/service targets.
