Job summary

FirstRand Limited, operating as FNB POP in Kimberley, seeks a Branch Delivery Support Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build client relationships, understand needs, and offer suitable product solutions while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF.

You will monitor sales targets, maximize cross-sell opportunities, manage the sales pipeline in CRM, and provide accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF4 minimum; NQF5 Certificate in Banking preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Solid understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to clients.
• Walk-in and existing clients within a high-volume branch environment.
• Hit sales, service and compliance targets in daily activities.
• Cross-sell appropriate solutions and grow client relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely processing of new business applications.
