Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related FAIS-recognised field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments in financial services

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Stay updated on FAIS, TCF and product knowledge.
