Qualifications

• A completed financial related qualification (NQF5 or higher).
• 1-2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and understanding transactional needs.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform for their needs.
• Connect with customers by upholding the brand promise of “how can we help you?”
• Analyze customer data and tailor financial solutions.
• Aim to achieve sales results by offering contextual financial solutions.
• Act ethically and take accountability for own performance and development.
