You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and manage multiple client portfolios while ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with relevant degree and registrations.
• Post-articles experience in leadership and advisory services.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple client portfolios.
• Experience with SAICA/SAIPA or equivalent registrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership across BPS lines.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and growth.
• Lead advisory engagements including financial statements and reports.
• Allocate resources, oversee capacity and project workflows.
• Implement quality assurance on files to meet standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff toward excellence.
• Lead process improvement to enhance delivery and client experience.
• Support leadership with strategy execution and client development.
