Anchora is seeking an experienced account management professional to manage client relationships and drive success for US-based clients. The role requires coordinating offshore teams, strong communication, and a structured, process-driven approach.

The position is remote, with alignment to US Eastern Time hours, and ideal candidates will have BPO experience and familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management.
• Foundational experience or background in Tier 1/2 IT support, technical help desk operations, or service desk management.
• Proven ability to delegate effectively and lead remote offshore teams within a technical or BPO environment.
• B2B experience in the US market with at least 1 year working for a US-based company.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a level-headed approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time in a remote setup.

• Experience seeing projects and ideas through from inception to completion.
