  • Cash Flow Management – Vigilantly monitor cash flow to guarantee operational liquidity, anticipate potential challenges, and recommend smart strategies to keep our finances robust and resilient.
  • Expense Monitoring and Control – Diligently track spending against budgets, spot variances early, and drive corrective measures to eliminate overspending. Focus areas include:
    • Vehicle usage and expense allocation
    • Printing costs
    • General office expenditures
    • Travel, accommodation, and staff allowances
    • Training stipends for learners (a key part of our skills development mission!)
  • Strategic Financial Planning – Deliver sharp insights and recommendations to guide decision-making, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Compliance and Risk Management – Safeguard our operations by ensuring full compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, audits, and tax requirements – minimizing risks and building trust.

  • Strong budgeting, cash flow, and expense management skills
  • Excellent analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of South African financial regulations and compliance
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
