The role involves deploying, configuring, monitoring, and sustaining blockchain nodes and networks on-site with our infrastructure and development teams.

Ideal candidates have strong networking and server administration skills, familiarity with Bitcoin/Ethereum ecosystems, Docker and Kubernetes, and a commitment to documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator with blockchain environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls and load balancing.
• Experience with Linux/Unix server administration.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and dApps deployment.
• Knowledge of virtualization tech such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident response.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Paarl, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage blockchain nodes and associated network infrastructure.

Requirements
