Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• 4+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or Technician.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is essential.
• Experience with clash detection and resolution workflows.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Familiarity with BEPs and project coordination processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic architectural and design firm operating in Tembisa, Gauteng , is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their team. This role is vital for enhancing project delivery through the effective implementation and coordination of BIM technologies across a range of residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM models, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project data. This hybrid position allows for focused work at home alongside collaborative engagement in the office, offering a flexible and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure seamless integration.
