Placements24 is seeking a proficient BIM Coordinator to enhance architectural project delivery in Durban. You will lead BIM adoption, set standards, and support design and construction teams with workflows, data integrity, and model management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least five years of BIM experience with Revit and Navisworks, plus strong communication to coordinate across disciplines in a hybrid Durban-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years BIM coordination experience, preferably in an architectural context.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with strong BIM principles.
