Job summary

dhk Architects is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to ensure BIM best practices are followed across projects. You will manage BIM models, standards, and workflows, coordinating with project teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

The role requires strong BIM software knowledge (Revit, Glassworks), ISO19650 experience, and excellent communication to mentor staff and collaborate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM Coordination experience, with at least 5 years in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Glassworks).
• Experience with project collaboration tools (ACC/Design Collaboration).
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM integration.
• Update, develop and enforce BIM standards with the BIM Manager.
• Train and mentor staff on BIM best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure BIM success.
• Stay up to date with BIM industry trends and software updates.
