Job summary

Shift Pursuit is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for a Bellville-based role. You will own BIM coordination, digital workflows and model quality, collaborating with the Director of Operations to implement BIM processes and drive adoption of emerging technologies in the studio.

Responsibilities include coordinating BIM standards, performing model health audits, and mentoring junior staff, with focus on Revit proficiency and ongoing training across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience with Revit, Autodesk Suite and BIM tools.
• Experience implementing BIM processes and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM requirements and standards across project teams.
• Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and resolve clashes.
• Conduct model health audits and quality assurance processes.
• Support Revit drawing production, detailing and model development.
• Develop and maintain BIM libraries, families and templates.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM workflows.
• Assist with AI, automation and emerging architectural technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and promote BIM best practices.
